Interesting story I guess, but someone always pulls out the "underdog" theory for motivation, since our teams have been what they have the past 3 years, its a motivational tool. Coming from a guy who's a pittsburgh native...living with the buccos and 16+years and counting of losing seasons, the underdog role has worn out LONG AGO. I agree that there should be some caution there, you need to perform, get better little by little, and get recruits man. Things should be looking up with these "great recruing classes" but until we perform, underdog or favorite won't matter. |
