| It's a good reminder. It's also not about making sure we treat kids well so they have a reason to come here.
It's also about what ND stands for: Integrity.
Not every kid can or wants to come to ND. There are many wonderful schools out there that offer a lot to these kids. We sincerely believe we offer more than most. But that does not mean someone is dumb for not coming to ND. Sometimes people don't feel they would fit in, or they want to be close to family, etc.
And let's not forget only 20-25 kids can come to the program at a time.
So if a kid decides to come to ND, welcome him with open arms.
And if a kid decides to go elsewhere, wish him the best. |
