| Confirmed. For those who may freak out, don't forget the silver lining. It is still very early in the process, and his commtiment elsewhere now opens the opportunity to offer and evaluate other prospects.
If this were two weeks before NSD, or on NSD and they were banking on a commit and did not pursue other options, then CW and Co would be hurting.
