| Given what this kid is saying I'll be shocked if he ends up at ND. As of right now his top three are Florida, USC, and Colorado.
Both of his parents are from Florida and seem to be really pushing him there and although he doesn't have an offer yet from USC itcertainly isn't from a lack of trying because I've heard he calls their coaching staff all the time. This recent quote should tell us all we need to know.
