And you should resist the urge to contact these kids. Just because gallup21 does it, doesn't mean you should also. gallup21 is legitimately trying to write articles about recruits. He is surprisingly neutral, too.
On the other hand, if you contact these kids and say, "Come to Notre Dame!" then that
would be a recruiting violation.
