Very true, what they need to do is focus on the under the radar guys that are just great football players, leaders, then some might have questions about size or injury, or copetion lelvel. Then if they were able to land some guys like David or Paul Posluszny, Hafis Williams, Carlton Thomas, Mike Hart, Bret Nagel, etc. then they could start stringing together more good seasons and they would start to attract more high level guys. Other programs such as BC, WVU, Purdue, etc has done similar things and have had some consistant success on the field. Then once your reach that lelvel you have to learn how to take the next step to become one of the higher lelvel programs and from there one of the elite ones.
