Bad offer list, good tape, good camp performances recently.... interest to see what happens here. Do we think he can play DB? Seems to have the right frame for our ideal zone coverage corner.

Fuller was one of the only guys ND inquired about after the sanctions were put down and was offered today.
Fuller had high interest in ND before he committed to PSU

Fuller is also good friends w/ RB David Williams

Fuller was one of the stars at the NLA National Championships in Brooklyn

Fuller shines at NLA championships

Quote:
Penn State wide receiver commitment Will Fuller was one of the stars at the NLA National Championships in Brooklyn over the weekend. The Philadelphia receiver caught several touchdowns on Saturday and Sunday.

247Sports National Analyst J.C. Shurburtt had Fuller as the No. 2 performer on the second day of competition.

"The Penn State commit is listed at 6-feet, 165 pounds but he plays much bigger than that," wrote Shurburtt. "More than once he climbed the proverbial ladder to go up and over a defensive back to make a reception. Fuller ran terrific routes, getting in and out of his breaks well to gain separation. His hands were very good, and he also was exceptional after making the catch -- particularly in space."

A video interview with Fuller can be viewed above.

If he visits, pretty good. His offer is conditional at this point.
