Jon already picked up a verbal offer from Wisconsin at the recent Purdue Nike Camp, and he is planning on attending this weekend's Elite Camp at ND.

I know some of the early reports from guys that have seen him play reently haven't been overly impressed, and they don't think he'll get an Irish offer very soon if he gets one at all. If I'm not mistaken though I believe he had an injury that forced him to miss a few games earlier this year, so that may be the cause of his adv. performance of late.
