| Walk-On | I think the issue would be with taking 4 in 2 years. You're pretty much guaranteeing that someone will transfer as a result of being mired on the depth chart. The #4 TE isn't going to see the field much except if needed for blocking and probably will never get an opportunity to catch the ball. And that's probably going to be the case even if they move to using double TE as a base formation. However if they did want to take 2 in this class, Golic would be an obvious offer as a guy who's probably going to commit to the program as a whole and not just to get on the field to play football. |
