Question: B&G and Rivals have him listed as ATH, but Scout -- and this profile -- as RB. Which is more accurate?

Damn this kid, he won't talk to anyone and therefore I can't tell how interested he really is in ND and his timetable. Him not talking to the media is a good thing for an ND type kid, but I have no idea where this kids head is at. People say it's a VT and ND battle, but those same people (Mike Frank) even stated they and everybody they have talked to have never talked to him. Anyway I felt like bringing this guys thread back to life since he is the least talked about good prospect out there and it'll probably remain that way with no replies or posts past mine on this thread. good-bye............

Agreed. He's got good hands, and has a solid frame to tack onto already. Its either him or Carlton Thomas for the RB slot - so long as we still end up taking one, to begin with.

What type of running back is that? Power? Aldridge & Hughers certainly fit that mold. But Allen and perhaps Carlton Thomas are speed / skat backs.

I think this year may end with out a rb recruit.

Uh.. yeah the power type of runningback. The type that hits the hole hard and takes on tackler's instead of running away or ducking out of bounds. Travis Thomas, James Aldridge, and Hughes are the guys that will do that this year and on. IF you saw the spring game Armando Allen did not get tossed the ball and run to the outside. He ran it straight up the gut and with success. Carlton Thomas, IF we get him, will do the same. But Ryan Williams has the body type and speed to be really great in with this new mentality toward runningback.
