Mike Frank mentioned on Power Hour how Floyd may want to get the process over before the season and choose. If so that is a good sign IMO, because he loves us and the more delay the more worry.

with goodman aboard,and if we can land butler and floyd lookout ncaa here come the irish!this offense will be unstopable!along with the player we already have,incredible

I look at Floyd this year as in The One We Can't Let Go period. Suprisingly out of nowhere reciever has become a difficult position for us to get the elite. Where as the opposite should be happening. Do people really look at Weis' offense and say "He doesn't throw the ball much or use his recievers right." Greg Little are you nuts?. I just don't get it, especially having the early lead for Floyd makes him a must. Losing him would be a crushing loss because we do lead for him and he's the elite like Kamara was last year.

i agree wr is an extremely important position for us this year.we have recruited some good receivers but not an elite one yet.benn and little are fools

If there's one guy that through an inexact combination of talent, position and recruit-ability is the #1 target, it's Floyd. Some of the other guys we've landed we've had to work to get. Rudolph said that he envisioned himself at Ohio State when he was a junior. Dayne Crist didn't go into this process with the Irish leading. Yet Floyd did. He said from the get-go that ND was a program he favored, even labeled as a leader. While we have Goodman on board, we don't have as much depth at WR as with other positions. Plus, he's one of the top WR recruits in the nation.

I don't know, however, that ND is in a huge position of need at WR. I really think we'll need to hold our tongue until the season gets rolling. Watching tape of Kamara honestly reminded me of Braylon Edwards. Not as versed in in the position, but perhaps more consistent hands. Just... don't crap your pants just yet is all I'm saying - and that wasn't citing anyone specifically.

I want Floyd sooooooo bad more than Aurrelious Benn than last year. He will provide us that great WR he love to have. I think he will definetly be Irish but will probrably commit in January. He's got talent.
