nobody really thought we would get Romine this past year either and we got him out of Sooner country.

this guy has been to ND 6 times on his own dime. I think we have a great shot of landing him.

New Rivals premium article hints that Last week Trevor wanted to make his decision soon, but has since softened his position on that. Which leaves it open to interpretation, what I'm taking from it is that after he visited ND (forget about Michigan it's a NU-ND battle and you can quote me on that) that ND was his leader, but after watching the Nebraska spring game this weekend he is once again not sure of a decision. If anything I take this as a positive. It means that he was leaning toward ND when all along everyone had him pegged for Nebraska, sure he's confused now but i think we're even bigger players than we thought now it does sound like Romine again.

I have not found any written confirmations yet, but it looks like the Irish have lost out on Trevor Robinson. Scout just listed him as a Nebraska verbal, and the Rivals message boards are also all saying that it is a done deal. If anybody finds a confirmation, please post.

Looking on a couple of NU's boards out there, they are saying that he commited last night. I thought we might get him with his 5 trips to ND.

Yes, more confirmations just came in. Trevor just wanted to stay close to home, can't blame him for that. He handled the recruiting process very well, and did the Irish & Michigan a favor by not stringing them along. The big question is who will be the next OL offer to go out, we will probably see one next week. Best of luck to Robinson.

Damn he was a beast in his videos, but pulling him out Nebraska was a tall order and we were on him since the very beginning, It shows don't waste your time in Nebraska.
