| Junior | Free (for now) Scout article on Brett Nagle. It does not look like there is much of a chance that Brett will be following Aaron to ND. http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=109&p=2&c=629131 |

| Junior | I agree there does not seem to be too much interest on ND's part, and it seems to me, that reading between the lines, Brett might be a little upset about that. He had originally planned on committing in early March, I think the only reason he held off was hoping that he might get an offer from ND, but it is doubtful that he would get an offer anytime soon. ND seems to have a really good shot at getting possibly 4 of the 7 current LB offers, but if that does not pan out, Brett probably would get an offer. However, he is pretty adamant about committing early, and not likely to wait and see if a spot opens up for him at ND 9 or 10 months down the road. |

He's suffering from the serious interest that CBrown is receiving from several elite LBs. Similar to the Brian Smith debacle last year. SPECULATION: I'm guessing that the ND coaches have told Brett that they are expecting commits from several LBs during the spring game and if any of those fall through, he'll get his offer. This is probably why he's willing to wait until May... |
