David comes into this year as one of the most dynamic defensive players in the WPIAL. He will try to make up for lost time as he missed most of last season with a shoulder injury. He has since fully recovered. David has been a starter since his sophomore season. College talk: Chose Notre Dame in April after considering scholarship offers from Pitt, West Virginia, Louisville, Wisconsin and Georgia Tech. Penn State did not offer him a scholarship. Posluszny said Penn State's coaches wanted to see him play this season before making a decision whether to offer. Favorite food: My mom's chicken Parmesan. Do you ever get tired of being associated with your brothers? It will never get old, because what they have accomplished is very special. Person, living or dead, you would most like to meet and why: Pat Tillman, because he represents everything that I do. So, really, what is Charlie Weis like? He is impressive. When you walk into his office, you can be a bit intimidated, but then as soon as you talk to him, you can tell how genuine he is. What are your thoughts when you look up at Touchdown Jesus? I truly feel fortunate and humbled that I am going to be a part of something with as much tradition as Notre Dame football. I understand how many people in the world don't have the opportunity like the one I am going to have and I know I am obligated to make the most of it. What is the strangest someone misspelled your name? It has probably been spelled 1,000 different ways and it has happened forever. I'm used to seeing it misspelled now. People might be surprised to know ... That I like to read. http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/image...ny0826_500.jpg

With Fleming, McDonald, and Filer committed, Poz is slightly under the radar. I think he can be as good as any of them. Its nice to have an overload of talent on the way! |
