I've heard that CW had a very good conversation with Deion's dad who is also his offensive cord. and apparently the Walker's have been told trhe official written offer is on it's way.

So Walker should be getting his offer early next week. That should just about snuff out any hope for those out there that were hoping for ND landing Butler tomorrow.

Brown, ND's first-year defensive coordinator, played at Michigan."(Brown) said if he would have gotten offered by Notre Dame," Slaughter said, "he would have gone to Notre Dame."

stranger things have happened.. The Red Sox have won a WS, Garnett is with the Celtics, and USC still hasn't gotten in trouble with NCAA

What's the consensus, Butler or Walker? I think I would rather have Walker, he's a great athlete with refined receiver skills.

Either would be fine with me but Butler isn't coming. I think the writing is on the wall like GG stated.

The question is, Walker or Baldwin?

Yes, that is the question. Butler looks great and could probably see significant early PT at ND, but it's really a moot point since he isn't comming here anyway. I haven't really watched enough film on Walker yet, but either way I'm not sure ND could go wrong.
