I really couldn't tell you much about that other than a few bits and pieces, one of which was Brice's press conference. My thought process was more along the lines of they are both reportedly smart kids that see ND as an opportunity to play early and they both had parents that would have supported them going to ND, although Deion does seem to have even more of that from his dad, but both are elite southern WR that seem to be a little starstruck by the prospects of playing at USC in LA, and both have made comments about the weather in the north. It's too far; athletes in the area are more enamoured with VT, FL, and Florida State in my dealings. His visit would have to go perfect (meaning the promise of a house and car) to go out west. I wouldn't say ND is out of the question, especially not because of weather. It get's cold there, it's by no means cozy in the winter. |
