Apparently the was a post on the Rivals board saying someone they heard Harper commited on a South Bend Radio Station...He might have marked off KSU b/c of possible violations

Apparently the original rumor was started on the 4HL, it was then taken to the KSU free board by a Michigan fan, which was then picked up by the free ND board.

Here's what the Michigan guy was saying...

The KSU guys doubted the rumor and so do I untill a hear or see something more definate given Harper's reaction to his unofficial to Mizzou over the weekend.

Ok, from what I can tell this seems to be completely untrue, and his favorites seem to be Kansas St. and Mizzou.
