Remember how high Sabino was on ND untill he visited, ND isn't for everyone. I've also heard that Cyrus still might have some academic hurdles to overcome before he could actually get into ND as well. Finally I think Cyrus's list of potential scholls is a little larger than Ryan's. Last I knew Cyrus only had a top ten and while ND looks to be in his top 5, Virgina Tech looks to be the only real competition for Williams.
