Any news on how Blanton is performing in the Shrine Bowl practices so far?

A quick bit on Blanton from the Shrine Bowl:

Quote:
Robert Blanton, cornerback, Butler — All the North Carolina corners had a tough day trying to guard South Carolina’s Green, who scorched them for 108 yards receiving and a touchdown. But Blanton has the right combination of size (6-1, 185) and speed to make a quick impact at Notre Dame, where he committed in June. He was also a pleasant young man who blended well with his Shrine Bowl teammates.

Robert was named first team all-state for the second year in a row, and was tied for the lead among all defensive players in the voting: Charlotte Observer | 12/20/2007 | Butler's Blanton a repeat honoree.

Well that makes perfect sense doesn't it? Let's see, he started out as a four star guy in the Top 100 and then had a very good season where he was named All-State, agian. Then he has since gone to the Shrine Bowl and performed very well thus far, but yet he has somehow managed to lose a star and drop over 200 spots.
