Brandon is really excited about making the visit to the banquet because he was unable to make it up for a game this season. He also had dinner with Corwin Brown last night.

There was a lot of drama surrounding Brandon up to a few weeks ago. A lot of UK people thought they still had a chance, and were accusing Brandon's coach of keeping them away from Brandon. Rumors started flying, and eventually his coach even posted on a Rival site to deny it, saying he is a UK fan and ticket holder, but what's best for BN trumps his fandom. Then he quit coaching and teaching, citing personal reasons.

Chris Wolfe was a great guy, and a good coach with not much to work with since baseball is #1 at his school. Anyway, hopefully Brandon has fun at the banquet and recharges his ND batteries from all the drama in KY.

The UK reporters are getting into the action too. A Kentucky recruiting site badly misquoted Brandon and after reading the article he was so turned off to the media that he no longer does interviews, at least for now.
