If we wanted him, and it was a battle to get him, obviously he's got some untapped ability.

After listening to KLM give an interview on the Mike Frank show yesterday I was very pleased with how excited he was to be a part of the Notre Dame family. When kids waver in the last weeks and days it worries me that they may not be 100% with their decision but KLM sounds like a bright young man who is sold on ND and his future with or without football.

On that same note, I was extremely impressed with the character of the players I have read about online or heard on radio interviews. As irish fans, we should be proud of Charlie and his staff for getting not only great athletes, but for getting such quality human beings. I'm excited about the leadership on this team that is sure to come. Many of the recruits in the past two classes have "captain" potential written all over them.

Yah it seems like this recruiting strategy is going to pay off big time. The Either you are committed or you are not deal is a sure fire way to get some strong minded kids. Of course you are going to have some wavering, these are 18-19 year old kids.

I can hardly post during the week, but I couldn't wait to welcome Kapron to the ND football fraternity. Some guys seem a match for ND. Kapron is definitely an ND prototype. Kapron, you will go far in life because of your decision. Work hard and enjoy an elite school which offers you a true college experience that transcends the ages. There are very few schools that can offer that nowadaays. You made a super decision. Prepare to work hard in the classroom, also. There is a reason ND grads do well. The preparation in the classroom says everything.

Get ready for Coach Mendoza to work you over like you have never been worked before. Your class is the envy of college football in terms of character combined with talent.

He's this years Brian Smith; got in at the last second but couldnt live without him. He's going to be a good one.

Who said anything about film? The one I saw on rivals looked impressive. Big, fast, strong and most importantly, quick. I can't wait.
