The Cane guy could be right but he is the one who said it, not Patchan. Patchan coming to ND for a visit is relatively recent so the guy may not have had the info on that yet. I don't think the ND staff would turn away Patchan in the short term even if they were completely confident on Trev. I have to believe they would find a way to squeeze both of these guys in if they were both really interested. Forst is the odd man out if Robinson commits, he does not have the potential that Patchan has.

I have not seen anything else to verify that Patchan is not coming, on the other hand, I never saw anything that verified he was coming in the first place. Ghost Spirit, do you have other info besides what came out of the U article that says he's definitely not making the trip?

I don't have much info on Matt. He has said that this summer he would be driving to visit the closer schools and then use official visits to see the farther ones. It is very likely that the 'Cane writer has incorrect info because no where in the article does Matt say he won't visit anywhere else. Just the writer's headline. I do know he's planning on being an early enrollee. It was surprising to see that he wasn't going to visit afterall but hopefully there was some miscommunication and he'll show up.

Matt recently named a top 5, and they are LSU, Florida, Miami, FSU, and Ole Miss. ND, UGA and Auburn did not make the cut.

It looks like it's Robinson or bust.
