Even if they end up giving the kid a 1*, it wont matter to me. He is going to be awesome and is already. Not only is he a great football player, but it also seems a great recruiter. Every time another Notre Dame Recruit stays at his house they seem to commit shortly after.

Cowin Brown might have something to do with that too.

I have heard for a few days now that one of ND's recruits will be getting another star by the time Rivals is done with their batch of rankings. Since none of the current four star guys gained a 5th star that means that one of the three star guys will be getting a fourth star. Then in today's article of Previewing the ranked Rivals 250 they list three players from the state of Indiana that will be in the new Rivals 250. Well, Goodman is obviously one of them since he was in the first edition, so it would only make sense that Cave will be that guy getting another star as well as being added to the 250 since Rivals lists him as the #2 prospect in Indiana behind Goodman.

He must be really up and down in summer practice to keep losing and gaining stars!!!

I'll take the opinion of our coaching staff that he can play at ND. I'm not sold on the Rivals/Scout/ESPN star rankings.
