ok, to post pictures, click the yellow box that has the mountain landscape. insert the link for the picture in the pop up box and click ok. i think it has to be a .jpg format.

If the picture is not online, you have to upload it. to upload you have to be a VC member. I havent' done it that way, so i don't know how.
