6-8, 250, Encino (Calif.) Crespi
Gotta like this size. He really looks tall on tape. Like all young, tall kids, he needs to learn how to bend his knees more consistently. Needs strength. Is more of a "position" blocker at this stage of his career. Needs to be more consistent catching with hands and not let balls into body. Has all the tools and should be able to get stronger and faster as he matures. May have as much "down the road" potential as any. Verbally committed to Notre Dame. However ND uses him, I doubt they would have decided now and let rivals know. I think its gotta be a mistake. |
I doubt it's a mistake, more likely it's the Rivals editors putting him at the position they feel he'd be best at. Rivals also lists Baldwin as a TE despite what he says in interviews. It probably doesn't have anything to do with ND, otherwise Blanton and Slaughter wouldn't be listed with the safeties or Posluszny with the OLBs.
