Patchan was apparently expecting an offer two months ago, but acknowledged earlier this month that he had not been in contact with the ND coaching staff for a while, and had never received a written offer. Well apparently that is old news now as Matt who is generally considered to be one of the Top OL prospects in the Class of 2008 becomes the 57th member of the 2008 Irish Envy Official Offer list. |
