Lewis-Moore is another top priority for the new defensive scheme, and is receiving a lot of attention from the ND recruiting staff. He seems to indicate that he would prefer to stay closer to home, but it also appears that if he decides to leave his home region that Notre Dame has a better shot of recruiting him than any schools outside of Texas or Oklahoma.

Michigan has now offered Lewis-Moore to give him his 12th scholarship offer. Interest from the Poodle & the Cockwad seems to be waning, as there is no talk of an imminent offer from the unholy ones. Texas still has not and most likely will not offer either. Sounds like Michigan only offered because ND did.

Lewis-Moore has only been to Texas A&M to visit. He hopes to do all 5 of his Official Visits in the fall, but does not seem too sure about where, although he has frequently expressed interest in taking a visit to South Bend. I would be surprised if Lewis-Moore makes a decision before December. It remains unlikely that he will leave the state of Texas for college, (specifically A&M) but ND has positioned themselves well with this kid, and if he does decide to leave the Lone Star state, ND seems to have an edge over all of the non-Texas competition.
