| Crist has confirmed that he will be visiting ND April 11-14 with his Dad, and Anthony McDonald & his family. Crist who was in LSU last weekend, and is going to Stanford this weekend, did not seem overwhelmed by his visit to the Bayou, which is good news for the Irish. Some Michigan sites have been saying that Crist will also visit Ann Arbor during this trip, Michigan has now offered him as well, but Crist did not mention anything about taking any side trips.
Crist & McDonald still talk about going to college together, and ND was the first school to offer both. Since then only Oregon has also offered both, and neither Crist nor McDonald seem to have any interest in Oregon. Crist is definitely still a solid possibility for ND, as he does not seem to be bothered by the QB depth of the Irish. It should be interesting to see what he has to say about the Stanford trip, as based on his brief comments about LSU, a school like Stanford may end up being more competition for ND than LSU or Michigan. |
