| This is almost funny, and slightly irrelevant because Josh Jenkins will almost certainly never wear an ND uniform, but B&G has once again taken down Jenkins as a WVU commit. B&G had Jenkins listed as a WVU recruit from November until February 15, when they took him off their committed list, only to relist him as a WVU commit on February 28, and now today they de-listed him from WVU again. Maybe they finally read Jenkins quote after visiting OSU the last weekend in February.
"I'm still committed to West Virginia, but Ohio State is one of my other top choices."
Jenkins is now listed as a no commit on B&G, a WVU "Solid verbal" on Rivals, and a WVU "Soft verbal" on Scout. As I said almost funny, but meaningless to ND. It should be interesting to see if Jenkins can outmatch the 2007 champ, Joseph "the University of LSU" Barksdale for the most comical recruiting saga of 2008. |
